Below is an overview of the services and solutions The Hyssop Branch Foundation provides. We have been serving the community in Compton CA, Inglewood CA, SW Los Angeles CA, as well as the Sacramento CA since April 2004.

Currently, collaborative projects being offered and conducted with academic institutions such as Los Angeles Valley College; faith-based institutions such as Greater Union Baptist Church; as well as those as a partner/member of Bridge Builders Network, Inc., ensure the continued growth and development of our community both immediate and extended.

             DRUG & ALCOHOL DIVERSION

PC 1000 Adult Drug Diversion Education Services are 20 weeks of public or private educational training and counseling services certified, supervised and monitored by the ADPA (Alcohol & Drug Problems Association of North America)

                       STEPS TO GREATNESS
Workshop series for Youth Empowerment and Character Development thru skill set training allowing students to consider personal values, life-decision making, self-esteem, civic responsibility, and more.

                     ANGER MANAGEMENT
Cost efficient and flexible educational workshop seminar which teaches new coping skills so that an individual can change unacceptable behavior patterns. (Great for corporate, as well as academic settings).
 

       SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

Provide literacy (tutoring) services for kids (grades K-12) in order to raise their level of proficiency in CAHSEE subjects (English/Language Arts & Math) to meet the mandated standards of the State of California.

                     BRIDGE TO COLLEGE
Series of three classes designed to prepare students to re-take and pass the Exit Exam (CAHSEE), and be introduced to college credit courses i.e. Personal Development (Career Planning)
